Because many of our products are secondhand, handmade, upcycled, or one-of-a-kind, all sales are generally final.

Product Condition

Our products may show minor signs of previous use, which are part of their unique character.

We make every effort to accurately represent the condition of our products through photographs and descriptions.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal preferences, or minor imperfections consistent with the item's description.

This includes Revived Reads Blind Date With a Book packages and Mystery Book Adventures, where the surprise is part of the experience.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, has an undisclosed defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel an order before it has been shipped.

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer available.

Refunds
